Stefano has been a member of Morpurgo e Associati since 2023. He has many years of experience in labour law and industrial relations, concerning extraordinary transactions, restructuring and downsizing procedures, business transfers, collective and individual dismissals, as well as all further issues related to the management of subordinate, para-subordinate, and self-employed labour relations, as well as the commercial agency.

He has consolidated experience in the field of litigation, with intense and daily advisory activity on behalf of national and multinational companies, about labour supply, procurement, safety, and privacy in the workplace.

Before joining Morpurgo e Associati, Stefano worked at the London office of a major international law firm and since 2019, at Grimaldi Law Firm - Milan.
