Emanuele has been with Morpurgo e Associati since September 2020.

He deals with labour law and social security, he has judicial and extrajudicial experience in issues related to subordinate and self-employed work relationships, with a special focus on the establishment of the different employment relationship phases, as well as the most appropriate types and schemes of contracts, the management of the relationship (working hours, remuneration mechanisms and policies, transfers, job identification and changes, health and safety, controls and the exercise of disciplinary power, dismissals, settlement agreements, non-competition agreements), extraordinary operations (company transfers) and the implementation of mobility procedures, redundancy funds, redundancy incentive plans, outsourcing (tenders, supply contracts).

Emanuele has been attending several court trials all over Italy and so has developed a huge experience in judicial dispute. Before joining Morpurgo e Associati, he worked in firms in specialised in labour law, such as Tosi e Associati and LabLaw - Failla Rotondi e Partners.
